January 25th General Meeting

Dear ADGS Member,

The Alberta Dahlia and Glad Society will be Meeting on Saturday, January 25, 2014, in the County Room North at the Lacombe Memorial Centre (5214 – 50 Avenue, Lacombe, AB).

The plan is to begin with a potluck lunch from 11:30 to 12:30.  We won’t have the use of a kitchen so it is recommend that ADGS members from Lacombe bring hot food and the rest of the members bring appetizers, salads and desert.

There will be a General Meeting from 12:30 to 2:30.  Please see the attached Agenda for further details.  The Minutes from the last General Meeting held on October 10, 2013, are also attached.  Please read these minutes prior to the meeting, as a motion will be brought forward to have these accepted.

After the meeting, Wayne Roberts will provide a 15 to 20 minute hands-on demonstration of how to take dahlia cuttings and how to start them.

Hopefully you are able to attend.
